A number of reunions are held during the year by various elements of the 4th Infantry Regiment. By far and away, the largest reunion held every third year is that coordinated by the 4th Infantry Regiment Veterans’ Association. This reunion is for all Warriors of every era and is held at numerous locations around the country, usually in or near a city of historical interest or near an entertainment mecca.

The 2026 4th Infantry Regiment Reunion will be held October 21-25, 2026 in Springfield, VA.
